Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: September 2026. This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with VitaLab Social.
Request deletion by email
To request deletion of data associated with VitaLab Social, email info@vitalab.blog with the subject line "VitaLab Social data deletion request".
Include the email address or account identifier you used with VitaLab Social, the connected social platforms or pages involved, and any other details that help us identify the relevant data. Do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens, or other secrets.
Disconnect or revoke connected accounts
You can also disconnect or revoke access directly through the relevant social platform account settings. For Google and YouTube, use Google Account permissions. For Meta, Facebook, and Instagram, use Facebook Business Integrations or the relevant Meta account settings. For TikTok and other platforms, use the connected app or security settings provided by that platform.
What VitaLab deletes
After we verify the request, VitaLab will delete or de-identify VitaLab Social data that is no longer legally required or necessary for security, compliance, dispute resolution, or service integrity. This may include account connection records, channel identifiers, OAuth authorization records or tokens if held by VitaLab Social, draft content, publishing metadata, and related logs where they can reasonably be tied to the requesting user.
Third-party platform data
Content already published to Google, YouTube, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, or other platforms may remain subject to those platforms' own deletion tools, retention rules, backups, logs, and policies. You may need to delete published posts or revoke app access directly inside those services.
Need help
If you are unsure which account was connected or need help completing a deletion request, contact info@vitalab.blog. This page is intended to serve as VitaLab Social's user data deletion URL for platform review processes, including Meta App Review.
